Insurance and Billing Information

Texas Weight Management Program accepts a variety of insurance plans.  Your eligibility and level of benefits will be determined after your initial consultation.

Texas Weight Management Program accepts cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards.  Please include your account number on any payments sent. For patients with no insurance coverage, we can assist you with financing.
